At State Manor I had the opportunity to specify new finishes top to bottom for the common spaces, in this 10 story highrise apartment building. Finishes are inspired by the proudly patriotic rustbelt town, known for steel construction and bridges. Additionally I specified and procured furniture, accessories and artwork package.
The community room received a new look with furniture, finishes and lighting. Residents love to gather to watch the Steelers games and support the local team.
Two corridor schemes alternate throughout the building, with new flooring, wall finishes, accessories, artwork and lighting.
