The goal at Vue was to create a space that could serve the needs of The Perch on Lake apartment community from enjoying the views of Lake Erie over a morning cup of coffee to hosting community engagement events and special occasions. Multiple flexible seating arrangements combined with water inspired elements create the flexibility and lend a sense of place to the facility.
